Is there a bar or clubhouse on site?

  No, Knott End is a 10 minute walk away and has a choice of eating and drinking establishments. (There is also a local taxi office in case you don’t feel like walking home!)

Is Sandy Bay Dog Friendly?

  Yes it is. Dogs are welcome on site but must be kept on a lead on site and must not be left unattended in the caravan to avoid any noise issue to neighbouring owners.

Are you allowed Children on site?

  Yes Sandy Bay is family friendly and open to all ages to enjoy.

How long is the season at Sandy Bay?

  We have an 11.5 month season, from 1st March – 14th February.

Can I live at Sandy Bay?

  No, we are a Holiday only site and cannot be your main residence.

Who can use my holiday home?

  Subletting is not allowed. Family members are welcome to use your holiday home, please notify the office beforehand.

Do you have an age limit on holiday homes at Sandy Bay?

  No there is no limit on the age of your caravan. We just ask that the exterior of the caravan is maintained in good condition.

Is there Wi-Fi on Park?

  Yes, we have an excellent wi-fi system. Router install must be organised through the office and ongoing data charges are free of charge.

Do I get a warranty on my holiday home?

  Yes, this is provided by the manufacturer not the park. Please make yourself aware of what is included in the warranty upon purchase.
