Knott End has everything for the needs of the caravan owner to be self sufficient, without the need to load the car up with a ‘big shop’! There is a great range of local independent shops including The Hindquarter Butchers, a bakery, greengrocers, DIY shop and pet shop. There is also a Co-op, Spar and chemist. Knott End also offers a range of places to eat. Firstly there are a number of café’s and pubs to choose from. Secondly, a bowling green, an 18 hole golf course and a library. Also in the village you will find a great Fish & Chip shop, an Indian, two Chinese takeaways and a pizza shop.

From Knott End you can take a short ride on the passenger ferry across to Fleetwood, with its plethora of shops and large indoor market to explore. From Fleetwood there is an excellent tramway system into Cleveleys and Blackpool. Furthermore, The River Wyre is located on the eastern side and Morcambe Bay to the North.
