As new caravan owners we have needed to speak with Charlotte for advice etc… throughout both the purchase process and when handling our queries she has been excellent – professional, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating.
She has delivered everything we asked promptly and with a smile! Nothing has been too much trouble. The site is great, as is our new experience as caravan owners. We will always find a way to Sandy Bay!
